KORN Guitarist James Shaffer To Launch Multi-Genre Record Company

Korn.bmpKORN guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer is going to form his own record company. He wants to put together a really eclectic record label that’s only for the artists. He also said that he wanted to give back what he had been given, which is the pportunity to make music and make a living.

Munky intends to make it multi- genre (hip- hop, rock, jazz). He is going to make a jazz band later and already has three acts to sign.

KORN played two songs acoustically on July, 18. The band performed singles from their latest studio album “See You On The Other Side”:  “Twisted Transistor” and “Coming Undone”.

He has recently been home in Los Angeles recovering from a rare and potentially fatal blood disorder that forced KORN to cancel most of a European tour last month.

Korn are starting their headlining stint on the Family Values tour on July, 27…
